This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the KINVIYO™ pre-launch website, the pre-booking process, and — upon launch — the KINVIYO™ platform itself, whether you are based in India or anywhere else in the world.

By using KINVIYO™, you consent to anonymised, aggregated data use for product improvement, feature development, performance monitoring, and research.
Before any data is used for analysis, all personally identifiable information (PII) — including name, email, phone, family member identities, and specific records — is removed or generalised so that no individual user can be identified.
Your Right to Opt Out: Withdraw consent anytime by writing to connect@kinviyo.com. This will not affect platform access.
